I’ve had an excellent experience with Melo Real Estate, both when purchasing a property and now with the start of their property management services. Philip was fantastic as the selling agent—professional, communicative, and transparent throughout the process. Since then, Carmelo has ensured a smooth transition into property management, with a tenant secured in time for the day after settlement. We have known Carmelo firstly as our property manager and then our agent we entrusted to sell our rental property. Extremely knowledgeable re the building, the location and in particular the apartment. All queries are answered promptly and efficiently. The sale was handled smoothly, the final inspection was very thorough due to Carmelo’s knowledge, the settlement was short term and again went smoothly.
